Read-only architecture, EU data residency, evidence immutability, and tenant isolation are not tier features. They are the platform.
Read-only by design
The platform reads Azure metadata via Resource Graph. There is no write-path, no policy push, no resource modification.
EU data residency
All data processed and stored exclusively in Azure North Europe (Ireland) and West Europe (Netherlands). No data leaves the EU.
Evidence immutability
Evaluation records are write-once at the database layer. Historical state is permanent — never updated, never deleted.
Tenant isolation
Row-level security at the database layer. No cross-tenant data path is architecturally possible under any failure mode.
