1. Service description
Equalis OpsReg is a cloud compliance monitoring platform that evaluates Azure infrastructure metadata against regulatory frameworks. The platform detects violations and produces corrective guidance. It never modifies customer infrastructure.
2. Your obligations
You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials. You grant Equalis OpsReg read-only access to your Azure subscription for the purpose of compliance scanning.
3. Limitations
The platform provides informational compliance guidance. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and compliance scan results should not be treated as legal opinions. We recommend consulting qualified legal counsel for regulatory compliance decisions.
4. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for Azure platform outages.
5. Pricing
Pricing is as published on our website. We reserve the right to change prices with 60 days notice. Existing annual contracts are honoured at the agreed price.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, we will export your data in a standard format within 30 days, then delete it within 90 days.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
