1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
When you use Equalis OpsReg we collect: account information (name, email), Azure subscription metadata (resource identifiers, configuration properties), and platform usage logs. We do not collect personal data from your Azure resources.
3. How we use it
To provide the compliance monitoring service, generate evidence records, produce reports, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Where we store it
All data is processed and stored exclusively within Microsoft Azure North Europe (Ireland) and West Europe (Netherlands) regions. No data leaves the EU.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. Contact mulang.mika@equalistech.com to exercise these rights.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Compliance evidence is retained for seven years (regulatory requirement). You can request deletion of account data at any time.
